Trusted Flagger
An entity designated under Article 22 whose reports of illegal content platforms must prioritise. Full explainer →
Digital Services Coordinator (DSC)
The national authority in each member state that enforces the DSA and designates Trusted Flaggers.
Notice-and-action
The mechanism (Article 16) by which anyone can report illegal content and the platform must act on it.
Statement of Reasons
The explanation a platform must give a user when it restricts their content (Article 17).
